I noticed anonymous said they were in Michigan, one of the most obese states in the nation.

Ouch. I feel for you, my friend. Running a restaurant is hard, unrewarding work. That's why I'm so big on mom & pops. Babbo, the French Laundry, and Providence don't need our help and support. The hype machine is already working full tilt for them. It's little family run places that need every diner they can get.
